On the 1st September the ABC of Closing workshop focuses on all the important techniques and tactics to run an effective client meeting and bring the outcome to a natural conclusion. The workshop is designed to give you the techniques to take control of the way in which you interact and engage with the client, establish their needs and issues, present a credible solution which will minimise any objections which may usually present themselves and position your price to demonstrate the value you will deliver to your client. All of this will be achieved by: • Identifying why you may not be closing enough business; • Identifying the pre-visit preparation required to effectively run a client meeting; • Understanding the difference between push and pull sales tactics and when either one is more appropriate; • Demonstrating a structure you can adopt when gathering information from your client; • Looking at what some of the more common body language signals are and what they can tell us about the subconscious buying signals the client is giving off; • Looking at how we can create a perception of value by using 6 simple value building techniques; • Identifying when and how to best position your price together with some simple negotiation tactics to allow you to get closer to the margins you want; • Identifying when and how to ask for the business.
